How long does my order take to ship?

Products are shipped out within 2 - 3 working days after payment. During busy periods order processing may take longer. If you have any questions regarding a delivery please email us at magikcabin@outlook.com

Please note: We will only ship out products Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday

Royal Mail:

Express - 1-3 working days delivery at £4.50

Standard - 2-4 working days delivery at £3.50

FREE Standard UK Delivery for orders over £25.00

 

Do you offer international shipping? 

Sorry we currently do not ship internationally

Shipping is currently within the UK only

 

Where is my parcel?

If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please contact us at magikcabin@outlook.com within 28 days of receiving your dispatch email.

After this point, carriers will be unable to refund or search for your parcel, so we will be unable to assist you further.

 

What is your return policy? 

Your customer experience is extremely important to us and we endeavour to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable and as easy as possible.

Because of this our returns policy gives you 14 days to change your mind on your order with us. However any refunds will be subject to the product being returned back to us in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged / used in any way we are not obliged to refund you. Please note we do not cover return postage, any return postage is paid for by the customer.

  

I am not receiving your emails?

If you are having problems receiving our emails including order confirmations or dispatch emails please double check your JUNK email folder

 

How do I apply a promotional code?

You can apply any promotional codes at the checkout.

Just add your code and click apply.
Your discount will be viewable in your basket once applied.

Some of our promotions will be automatically added at checkout.

 

How do I track my order?

You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail Tracking System using the reference/tracking number found in your dispatch email at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
If you did not receive a dispatch email from us and are having difficulty tracking your order, please check your JUNK folder or email us at magikcabin@outlook.com and we will do our best to help you.
